Finding Panoramic Views and Privacy for a Luxury Residential Buyer

Chicago is home to a sprawling variety of gorgeous developments, so I make it a personal habit to tour new projects right as they become available. This is an invaluable part of my searching process as it gives me sharp and knowledgeable insight to share with my clients, no matter what they’re looking for. It’s also drastically more effective than solely relying on photos and video tours from the Internet. As I explore the properties, I think about each of my clients’ individual lifestyles and picture which ones may be the ideal fit for each particular unit.

When I learned that the sales center for the St. Regis Chicago Residencies had opened, I went to investigate further. It’s a gorgeous development, and truly unlike any other luxury residence building in the city. The location of Lakeshore East is a big draw; it’s tucked away from the bustle of the City but still close to Michigan Avenue, the Loop and the Lakefront. The amenities and level of service are also what makes this development stand out and feel uniquely unmatched. After my tour, I immediately had two clients in mind that I wanted to present this property to — and they both decided to purchase after sharing my findings.

I believed one of my clients might consider purchasing 2-3 units as future investments. Once they learned more about the property, they decided to purchase a full floor penthouse on the 91st floor. The unobstructed 360-degree views of the entire city and the Lakefront on such a high floor are a rarity, and they purchased the unit as raw space so they could create a one-of-a-kind home in the clouds.
