Teresa’s strong work ethic stems from her 25-year career in sales and management, beginning as a retail securities broker and institutional securities broker, managing an equity trading service department, before transitioning her passion into a career as a Real Estate Agent and Relocation specialist.

Brooke Swetow
Brooke is a Chicago native and Leasing Specialist with The England Group, dedicated to helping clients find the right place to call home. She understands that every move is unique and is committed to making the leasing process as seamless, efficient, and enjoyable as possible. Whether working with first-time renters or clients relocating to Chicago, Brooke provides personalized guidance and exceptional service every step of the way.
Brooke earned her degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, giving her a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and understanding each client’s individual needs. Her thoughtful, client-focused approach helps create an experience built on trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
In addition to her real estate career, Brooke is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has coached competitive volleyball at Chicago Elite Volleyball Club and Whitney M. Young Magnet High School. Her background in fitness and coaching reflects her passion for motivating others, building meaningful relationships, and helping people achieve their goals.
