International relocation to Chicago: How I found my relocating client his dream property with virtual tours

Getting a new job and having to relocate your family can be stressful—especially if you are moving across the globe. Through a client referral, I met Richard, who lived overseas. Richard needed to relocate his family to Chicago for Richard’s new job. After our initial discussions via WhatsApp, I was able to understand their wants and needs for their future home and narrowed down a location that would be close to the children’s school, Richard’s office, as well as shopping, parks, and activity options for his wife. Thanks to video conferencing and FaceTime, I was able to effectively showcase and tour multiple properties with the entire family until we found a perfect fit.
